Information for Out of Town Patients of Dr. Revis - South Florida Plastic Surgery Associates

Our patients have come to us from 50 US states and territories and 37 countries, reflecting Dr. Revis' national and international reputation as a cosmetic surgeon of excellence. We have welcomed new international patients from as far away as Australia and New Zealand, and from exotic locales such as the Galapagos Islands and Thailand. We have numerous out of town and international patients, and our staff is accustomed to assisting you with your travel arrangements such as hotel recommendations (see hotel information below). We also maintain a very flexible consultation/surgery/follow-up schedule to accommodate your travel requirements. The time you can expect to need to be in Fort Lauderdale varies, depending on which procedure(s) you are having performed by Dr. Revis.

It is indeed safe to fly within 24-48 hours of a surgical procedure. Do keep in mind that you will need assistance with luggage, as you must avoid lifting heavy objects or other activities requiring similar exertion.

After returning home, we then stay in touch via email to address any concerns or questions you may have. If possible, we like our patients to email photos at their three month post-operative anniversary so that Dr. Revis may assure you that all has healed well. Of course, at any time in the future should you return to South Florida, we would gladly welcome a follow-up visit in person.

The cost of your procedure includes all of the fees involved: hospital fee, anesthesiologist's fee, surgeon's fee, implant cost, and all of your pre- and post-operative visits.
