        Where Do Our Patients Come From?

As the maps above indicate, our patients have come to us from more than 25 countries and 34 states, reflecting Dr. Revis' national and international reputation as a cosmetic surgeon of excellence. 

We have numerous out of town and international patients, and our staff is accustomed to assisting you with your travel arrangements such as hotel recommendations, etc. We also maintain a very flexible consultation/surgery/follow-up schedule to accommodate your travel requirements. You can expect to need to be in Fort Lauderdale for a variable amount of time depending on which procedure(s) you are having performed by Dr. Revis. 

For instance, the typical scenario for breast augmentation patients is a consultation on the first day, surgery on the second day, and a follow-up visit on the first or second postoperative day before being able to return home. It is indeed safe to fly within 24-48 hours of a surgical procedure.

After returning home, we then stay in touch via email to address any concerns or questions you may have. If possible, we like our patients to email photos at their three month postoperative anniversary so that Dr. Revis may assure you that all has healed well. Of course, at any time in the future should you return to South Florida, we would gladly welcome a follow-up visit in person.

Fort Lauderdale has become an international travel destination famous for its beautiful sunny days, white sand beaches, boating and sailing, fine dining and lively nightlife. Called the "Venice of America," Fort Lauderdale has more miles of waterfront (ocean, rivers and canals) than any other city in the United States. Whether you are visiting just for surgery or wish to combine your surgical trip with a longer vacation, Fort Lauderdale has something to offer everyone. Home to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, and less than 60 miles from Miami International Airport and West Palm Beach International Airport, arriving in Fort Lauderdale could not be any easier! For the more adventurous traveler or for those with children, perhaps a day trip to Disney World in Orlando (approximately 180 miles away) would be a fun way to spend the day!
