Implant Specifications and Warranty Information
Dr. Revis is pleased to offer Allergan Natrelle™ silicone gel and saline breast implants as options to his breast augmentation patients. There are many exciting new types of implants available today, including anatomical (teardrop shaped) and cohesive silicone gel (gummy bear). Implants feature one of several different profiles, such as low, moderate, midrange, moderate plus, high and ultra high profile. Within these profiles, implants can differ in shape, base width, height and projection. During your consultation, Dr. Revis can assist you in choosing a breast implant that suits your needs.

Lifetime Product Replacement
- Automatically applies to all recipients of certain NATRELLE style saline and silicone filled breast implant products
- Regardless of the age of the implant, Allergan provides product replacement in the event of a deflation or rupture due to loss of shell integrity
- At the request of your surgeon, any size or style* may be selected to replace your current NATRELLE style breast implant
*A charge may apply on products with a higher list price.
ConfidencePlus® Warranty
- As a recipient of certain NATRELLE style saline and silicone filled breast implants you are automatically enrolled in our ConfidencePlus warranty program at no charge!
- 10 years of guaranteed financial assistance
- Up to $1,200 in out-of-pocket expenses for surgical fees, operating room and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance
- Silicone filled and saline filled breast implants covered
- Lifetime product replacement

ConfidencePlus Premiere® Warranty
- Also available for certain NATRELLE style saline and silicone filled breast implants when purchased for the low enrollment fee of $100 within 45 days of surgery
